MAKING A PURCHASE:

Payment is requested at time of purchase and we accept all major Debit/Credit cards, which are processed securely on our website by our third party secure payment processor (worldpay) or by PayPal. Your card details are NOT stored nor can we view them. All prices shown are in (£'s) sterling.

PRODUCTS:

All products are described as accurately as possible with concise detailing on the relevant product page. Most our products are handmade and you may find slight variations in batch colours etc.

DELIVERY:

We dispatch to the UK by Royal Mail, please see our Delivery Page for our dispatch times and delivery options.

DELAYS IN TRANSIT/LOST OR DAMGED ITEMS:

You will receive notification by email when your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot control the delivery timescales of Royal Mail delivery service and if your order does not arrive when expected we will conduct an investigation and where applicable send a replacement after 14 days had elapsed with no delivery.

RETURNS:

Please contact us if you wish to return your order to discuss this, refunds can only be processed for unused & undamaged goods any used items can not be returned.

Buyer is responsible for return postage fees.

If you receive your order with any damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage as well as packaging. After 48 hours we will unfortunately be unable to offer any refunds or replacements.

ELECTRICAL ITEMS:

All electrical items are covered by us for and up to and including 28 days from delivery, if your item has arrived damaged you must report this withing 48 hours of delivery, as we are not the manufacturer any issues with your electrical product after 28 days are now covered by the manufacutrers warrinty and would need to be return directly to the manufacturer for a repair or replacement. This would be the customers responsibillity for any shipping costs incurred.

Any faulty electrical items returned to us within 28 days you will receive a replacent or refund.

CANCELLATIONS :

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us asap and as long as your item has not been dispatched we will cancel and refund your full order.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:

We reserve the right to update and make alterations to these terms at any time to ensure we keep updated with current policy and legislation. By using our website you accept that you will be responsible for ensuring you stay updated with any changes to our terms.
